How Will Republicans Square the Revenue Circle?

Next week Republicans will unveil a budget that allegedly cuts $4 trillion over the next 10 years. Assuming they can pass such a fantasy and it cuts what it says it does, there will still be a $10 trillion gap. Assuming once again that the economy makes up a piece of that gap, say $3-$5 trillion, there is still a $5-$7 trillion gap, how do they propose to close it?

Let's wait and see how they answer that question or avoid it!
